He started his Managerial role as a Media Manager in Nigeria, progressed to become Research & Innovations Director and later Strategy & Planning Director. He left the Agency roles in 2006 to join Soft Drinks giant, Coca-Cola Nigeria as Media Manager for Nigeria & Equatorial Africa. The role he was in for 7 years, before joining Guinness Nigeria Plc/Diageo as Head Integrated Marketing Communication.

He was in this roles for 3 years before leaving paid employment to start a new Media Independent Agency as MD/CEO. Femi is the Vice President of MIPAN, (Media Independent Practitioners Associate of Nigeria). His passion is helping new brands to launch and find their niche in the Nigerian Market and helping brands to win with consumers and trade.
