Tayo Ilori started his career in the business world 18 years ago developing multifunctional skills across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply chain, Procurement, Marketing, Sales and General management in the Broadcasting, FMCG, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Food & drinks sectors of the economy.
His passion for growth has seen him worked in numerous capacities across UACN plc, Guinness Nigeria Plc, Diageo Africa, Diageo Cameroon, United biscuits (pladis) and more recently L.A.T.Cleveson.

Tayo sits on the board of various companies in Advertising, IT, Consulting, distribution and Agri-businesses.

He is an alumnus of Cranfield school of management and a member of the Nigeria society of Engineers
